The Lodge offers indoor and outdoor venues for corporate events ranging from 20 to 250 guests.

North Lawn
Open lawn space at the back of the property, perfect for small, casual outdoor gatherings.
The Pavilion
Outdoor, open-air space on the Front Lawn of the property. Perfect for casual gatherings both small and mid-sized, the pavilion can be rented for parties, family get-togethers, or casual receptions.
Lakefront Deck and Beach
Lodge at Schroon Lake's private deck and beach. Open to guests during the day, but available for private events after 6 pm and during the off season.
High Peak Ballroom
A ballroom with a gallery on the top floor for cocktail hour, a grand staircase, and large open space on lower level for dinner and dancing.
The White Birch Room
Large tri-fold meeting room, perfect for corporate meetings or other professional gatherings.
The Overlook Room
Private dining space adjacent to The Brown Swan Restaurant and Tavern, overlooking both Schroon Lake and the back lawn of the property.
The Boardroom
The Boardtoom is a professional, private space for you and your team to come together in the seclusion and the warmth of the Adirondacks.
